I would like to complain about this amount, because no one takethe phone, only me and my wife , I dont have any call this Bank CIBC ???
I was surprise you charge 2.99 $ for no body call to bank. I never have the account the bank CIBC ???
Do you check and return this amount to Videotron, because I call them ,they said tou charge because someone call , But WE DON'T CALL the day in invoice.( 7 Av 2014 ) IT ridiculous with this amount because I never use this phone to the bank CIBC .
I still waiting your answer and your return my money to Videotron . Thank you very much
