pal air canceled flights, changed airports on us and extended layovers. was told “we care” would help make this inconvenience right. didn’t happen. fun fact almost exactly a month later cousin flying the exact route on pal through sfo. last minute pal canceled flight and she was forced to change dates, airport(lax) extended layover. she booked through eva air now pal holding her money hostage for three months.
