Refund nor received almost 1 year
Purchased 2tickets online last March 2014, they acknowledged, sent refund request application to refund division and initiated my refund . as of to date never received my refund back . tried calling handler name Jennielyn A. Togonon <Jenny_Togonon@pal.com.ph> and send emails but without response .

Please help me to recover my hard earned money since we don't have chance to go to Philippines please, by the way i also asked by brother to follow up my refund but told us again that the money will be credit this june 2015 but not getting the refund.
