My name is Siyamanga Bekameva and I write this message out of anger, disappointment and I’m very hurt. My mom has a laptop contact at phone choice and it was broken so she sent it to get it fixed since it’s new. Phone choice received the laptop on the 9th of May 2022 to fix it and they promised it’ll just take a week to fix it and return it. Till today i have not received my laptop back. I’m a first year student and CPUT and I’m struggling so much without a laptop. We’ve been calling everyday since June to find out what’s the issue and they’ve been promising to deliver it. My mom pays every month for it and she has fallen into depression. She constantly gets mini headaches whenever we bring out this issue and I’m so hurt and so mad at how human beings can treat others so inhuman and vile. What fonechoice is doing to us is so evil and painful. What are we supposed to do? My mom emailed them twice and her second email was completely ignored. Why is she treated like this? Must she die In order for her to get her laptop? A laptop that she pays for every month without any delays and she’s such a consistent and honest customer. I don’t know what must happen. Please get back to me. This is so wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
