Dear Concern,

this morning on 2nd June, 2019, I got three back to back messages from HDFC bank stating my card has been charged with three different -2 amounts in a span of 30 mins to a Facebook advertisements. I was surprised to know how can Bank authorize anybody else to charge my card without my consent to withdraw money without even asking for OTP. with this incident I am quiet stressed and scared working with these banks.

This morning on 2nd June,2019 between 7:15hrs to 7:45hrs, I got three back to back messages from HDFC bank saying my Debit card has been charged thrice without even asking my approval. it says that amount has been charged by Facebook for their Online Advertisement. I was surprised how come bank can give approval to anybody for charging my card (my hard money) without my acceptance.
