This Pioneer group yell, threaten, even garnish retirement with no legal right for a loan in a bankrupt business that has been closed for 10 years yet was a debit attached to me. tI paid that loan directly to the lender, it never had to go into collections as monthly payments and I have my statements for 5 straight years until paid in full........
Now here it is 10 years after the loan PLUS 5 years after paid in full I start getting these harassment’s From Pioneer. I told them to stop, they don’t. Now a year later they harass my husband and son and they are stealing my husbands SSI!
It seems a bit too easy to get our SSI without so much as any communication with SSI .

Pioneer credit recovery is still garnishing my paycheck. My name is Marvin Alston Matthew. My social security # is 580-17-7258. They have been garnishing my paycheck from the years 2006 to 2018. Can you stop the wage garnishment. I have never receive any income tax refund. I need your help.

I received a call on a cell number that is not published asking for me by name and then stating that they had info that I know an individual I never heard of. I am subject of OPM AND Equifax hackings. I am also on the National “ do not call” list. These people should not be calling anyone stating their names are “associated with” a person they are looking for. Should these monitoring services that the OPM and Equifax have in place for us that have a great risk of identity theft be subjected to further worry about how a company got our names trying to find someone we never heard of? Please tell me if these people are getting our personal information from hackers! Very suspicious and very shady.

Claim they are collecting hundreds of $ for non-payment of a fine for being non-compliant with our workers comp. insurance, and can get off with just paying them $80. We are not now, nor have we ever been, non-compliant with our workers comp. insurance. Double checked with state -- NO FINES. Some jerk at the NYSIF must have sold them a list of their client names. TOTAL AND COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS.

I got a letter in the mail stating I owe a bunch of money from a student loan. I have NEVER taken out a student loan when I was in school. So I called on 10/14/2015 to see what this was about. The phone got disconnected 3 times so I gave up cause I had to get to work. I just called again, 10/15/2015 and the phone disconnected twice so I started Googling to see if I could find a different number and I did and called it and was on hold listening to that music for 10 minutes. I started reading all these reviews and decided I'd write mine. After carefully looking at the letter, I realized that it isn't for me. I wanted to call them and let them know and to just confirm that what they have on record isn't ME. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. I'll just let it go and see if any garnishments are taken out. They seem to have me confused with someone else who has the same name as mine but spelled differently. I'll wait to see how this plays out cause I don't have time to sit on the phone listening to elevator music ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!

I have been unemployed for almost 2 years after having to withdraw from college. I have not been able to repay my government loans for college and I need to know what I can do. Pioneer has been contacting me and sending me packages in the mail and calling my phone over and over. They explained to me that they were directly connected with the government.

As I have recently researched, I understand that this is a lie. How can a company exist and remain operating if they are falsely representing themselves? This is America, how do these scams go on and on , threatening people, stealing their money, garnishing wages etc. I am still unemployed and I just want to know who to contact (legit) in order to get my loans deferred until I can begin working again. Its unfortunate that a company can actually hire employees to lie manipulate and steal from hard working honest law abiding citizens. I need help finding out how to deal with this.

Pioneer is calling me due to my sons loans. They call and call. I tell them that i do not have to give out his phone # to anyone or his address just like they have no inclination to discuss his loan with me... They have gone so far as to find my phone #which is not listed by the way including my cell #. They are even calling his sister who also has an unlisted cell #.They have gone so far as to reach out to his friends on facebook. My son is paying his loan off. He has had a deferment and now is paying as much as he can and was agreed upon by Sallie mae. They just like to harrass people who do not owe them. i find this disrespectful and unreputable. i know they have a job to do but at least do it right. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY TO PIONEER STOP HARRASSING INNOCENT BYSTANDERS, WE HAVE OUR PRIVACY RULES JUST LIKE YOU DO.,

omg - I got a bill saying I owe the Defense Finance and Accounting $ 21128.95 . Its time for everyone to sign a LAW petition to go after them for accounts of fraud, harrassment, and all FELONY charges for discrediting me- in my credit reports. I called them up and tolf them owe me an appology letter and if they continue to pursue this my lawyer will take full Legal action. I worry about people like grandparents- who fall for this tactic.
