Case 18081662 - No response from Pitney Bowes since June 6, 2018

To Whom It May Concern:

We sent a cancellation of subscription and lease request to PB as early as June 20, 2018. Our lease expires in Sept and we are required to send the request 30-60 days prior. We were given a case number which is 18081662.

We followed up multiple times each month and on Aug. 6, 2018, Sarah, escalated our case, I am assuming to a manager.
We called last week and today, August 27, and still, there's no answer. The equipment is ready to be returned. We are just waiting for a shipping label and shipping instructions. We got an email from PB reminding us to renew our lease!

We just want to end our contract with PB because we are very displeased with their service and lack of attention to their customers, as clearly shown even as we cancel the lease. We've been using PB since 2010 and the service just continues to deteriorate.

We need to ship back the equipment and not be charged after August 2018. We also do not want this to be auto-renewed.

Return of Equipment
