We have been a client of Pitney Bowes for 20 years over the last year and a half we have had numerous billing issues. We have been billed for supplies we didn't order. I called to correct the situation and they started sending our bill for the meter to another company. Over and over and now I owe more in late fees than service. It's crazy I gave them 3 ways to bill us and they still couldn't get it straight. Every time it's 35+ minutes to call in and try to get things resolved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE THEIVES with their late charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
