On 11.06.2016 Saturday at 6:35pm I called 1300882525 to order 2 large pizzas and I was told that I have to wait 1 hour to get them and I said ok. However, I received a call from a mobile number 019-6534303 at 7:16pm, there was this guy claimed that he call from Pizza Hut Delivery from Desa Sri Hartamas asked if I mind to wait another 1 hour for the pizza to be delivered to my house coz they were about to buka puasa so no one could send me my pizza. I told him it was unacceptable, we have waited for almost an hour now and u want us to wait for another hour. You told him u should hv declined my order and called an hour earlier if u know u hv to buka puasa. He said: u boleh cancel order now kalau u tak nak wait for another hour. I said: kenapa saya nak cancel order bila u yang buat salah?
Me: my house is 5 mins away from ur Desa Sri hartamas outlet u can come now.
He: I ini dari Bandar Sunway saya tak tau mana itu Mont Kiara
Me: u tak tahu mana Mont Kiara????
He: u boleh tunggu 1 jam lagi pizza sudah ready cuma kita nak buka puasa now atau u cancel order.
Me: ok, let me talk to ur manager.
He: I'm the manager.
Me: u manager? Dari Desa Sri hartamas tak tau mana Mont Kiara
He: I bagi u saya punya rumah alamat kat bandar Sunway u tau pergi tak??
Me: 😳😳😳😳... Ok baik lah, bagi saja saya nama u. I tak nak pizza lagi. Saya cuma nak nama you saja ok.
And he rammed the phone.

I called him back at the same number after several tries and the same guy picked up the phone and said: Ms we are sending your pizza now.
Me: I don't want the pizza from you I just want to get ur name
He: kenapa ms nak saya punya nama?
Me: I can recognize your voice ok, just give me ur name.
He: I tak boleh bagi u saya punya nama sia sia.
Me: why? now u are scared?
He: zaiful zaiful zaiful!!! Itu nama saya!
Me: thank u!
And I hang up the phone peacefully. At least now I have his number, his name, all the call records and I even know he lives Bandar Sunway to write to Pizza Hut!
