Complaint not look into.

I ordered Pizza Hut on the 10/05/18 at 11.25 am but was only delivered at 1.05pm. I lodged a complain but no feedback was given. No late delivery coupon was given to me also.
I like n frequently order your pizzas but not now anymore.
I was once requested by this outlet to withdraw my complaint a few months ago and they even taught me how to give an excuse to do it. I oblige then but not now.
Please look into my complaint , else I have to look 4 other alternatives like ordering Domino pizza.
