Money taken - no order
I order pizza this afternoon with some sides and delivery fee came to $43.30. I paid online and as soon as my payment was processed the online website immediately logged me out of my account. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken. I checked my emails and I had no confirmation of the order being received. I rung the store who confirmed they had not received any order, and he offered to take my order but I refused to pay that again. He told me that the money should be back in my account after two days. If it is not I will be taking this as high up as I can because based on the reviews below this is happening to a lot of people and it's simply not good enough. I paid for a product which I never received. I want my money back!.

Extremely poor service and conduct
We had a full house of visitors and we decided to order pizza online to the cost of $79. I noticed that the final page kept loading and it did not say order confirmed. I checked my bank account and the money had been taken out of my credit card, so I thought it must be ok. Just to be sure I phoned the pizza hut, only to be told that my order has not come through and that they are able to take my order again but I have to pay for it again, then go online (which I had no faith in their online service at this stage) and give feedback and eventually I would get a refund. We did not have another $79 and this request from PH is ridiculous anyway. I said no way I am not paying again, so then the rude manager of the Claudlands branch told me to print out my bank statement (this is very personal information) and give it to the driver when he delivers my pizza to prove that I have paid. I do not have a printer and do not know anyone that has one, she told me to find someone with a printer because they are not taking my order until they have proof of payment. I then let her know that what they have done is called 'theft' , they have taken my money and are refusing to give me what I paid for. I offered to show the driver my personal account where I could prove I had paid, this was not good enough. It was their mistake yet they were taking no responsibility for making it right, the manager talked over me, she raised her voice several times, she interrupted me and would not allow me to finish what I was saying, I am not a loud growly person yet I had to get loud to be heard from this woman. She refused to give a phone number of anyone higher than herself, so I could only deal with her. After 30mins on the phone and me refusing to go somewhere to get a print out, I suggested that they check their bank account, then she decided that she can take my credit card details and ring her manager and get her manager to check their bank account. Finally some progress, she took my order and said that they will get straight onto it and it will be delivered in 25mins, well 55mins later it was delivered with burnt chocolate cookies that we only ate the small unburnt part of. As a customer to be treated like this is disgusting, the only reason I didn't tell them to stick their pizza where the sun don't shine is because I was worried that I would not get my refund. Very dumb move on their part as there is a lot of competition for pizza out there, I am quite happy to eat Domino's or Hells for the rest of my life, I will not be going back to pizza hut. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and come on pizza hut take responsibility and make things right.

Pizza not delievered

After ordering 4 pizza the other night we waited for nearly hour and then rung them to see what happened but by that time they must have been closing up shop and the pizzas never turned up. The next day when we rung them to tell them our pizzas never arrived they were rude and they never even apologised. They offered no explanation for the Pizza not even being delievered. It seems to me Pizza Hutt have really gone to the pack. It is not the first time I have had grief with them, sometimes wrong pizzas and toppings, garlic bread missing, not delievering to our area, online ordering out of order etc. I will be doing everything I can to be discouraging anyone from going there. Feed up with their bad customer service and incompetence!

Wrong order rude delivery driver
Ordered 3 pizzas from pizza hut henderson last night. 20mins late for a start and then wrong pizza. Told the delivery driver it wad wrong order he just argued .. he was ride and didnt give a shit... you need to learn some mannets and respect. Pizza hut has now lost our service . Will never go there again ... not that they give two hoots about customers... didgraceful pizza hut .....

My Parents ordered two pizzas tonight over the phone.
They went through and picked them up. But to our disgrace we had the wrong pizzas. We rang back through to let them know and the rudeness and excuse of then buy saying that they don't redo orders but will only give a side order is Disdusting and low.
if you can't do orders properly or run the business properly then sell it.
What a huge disgrace

Tasteless pizza and poor service
I went to pizza hut upper hutt,wellington where I ordered a XL chicken parma pizza which was tasteless!The store staff were behind with all orders and I waited for close to 30 minutes in store for 2 pizzas!Then the pizza was in the warmer and my name was not called.I then had to ask and then only the lady took my pizza out of the oven.She never apologised for her making me wait.The pizza had no flavour and such little chicken...$16...what a rip off!

Waiting time
Hi my name is Catrina Skerten. I went into church corner as my usual in Bryndwr is under construction. I ordered 4 pizzas. The time it was ordered while I was in the store was 10.14pm. I finally went up to the counter after waiting for 45 minutes and asked where are my pizzas?? They got them outta the warmer and gave them to me. During my waiting time..... the lady who had served me looked at me multiple times and said nothing. Really bad service.

Extra charde
I was made a phone order for $24 for 3 pizzas pick up at 16/11/'2017 about 7pm. 2 chicken supreme and 1 bbq chicken and bacon . but the menu in their web site didn't say the BBQ chicken and bacon is a deluxe. when I arrived the counter they started charge me $2 extra. I feel piss off. the attitude of the manager was horrible . I didnot complete the purchase . and I tell myself I will not go to pizza hut anymore.

disappointing pizza & chips
Hi There,
Tonight we made a special trip from the country into town just to get Pizza & chips.
We were very disappointed to find the chips were a cross between raw potato and soggy as though they`d been cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough and not for long enough...we used to love pizza hut chips but they have been a let down for a while now.
Then we got to the pizza....it was very under-cooked, the cheese wasn't melted properly or stretchy, the base was under cooked and the cheesy crust wasn't crusty, very lean on cheese filling and not cooked enough.
Its such a shame, I dont like to complain but feel its better you know so someone can teach the staff to cook properly before you start loosing customers. So figure its better to let you know.
Hope this will help improve one of our favorite take-outs in the future :)

Yesterday night on 19th September, I ordered 3 pizza deal from quay st. auckland store. The pizzas were awful, uncooked, wrong order. Staff did not even asked to offer receipt as well as when I been their next day to make complaint staff girl did not even let me make my complaint. She was arguing on saying that give me the proof. How can I proof? I was sick after eating the terrible pizza, as well as staff girl did not wear the name batch. I have been buying pizza from the same store from last 3 years never got disappointed. The past team of staff was really well trained and they were making good pizzas but the new manager is useless she doesn't even know hot to attend customers. I would say that was the worst pizza I have ever had.

Customer service skills
Papakura pizza hut seriously needs to get rid of a disgusting attitude woman who happens to be a "MANAGER" just plain rude over the phone and in person, customer service skills are shit you wonder how they're employed with a manner like that. Not only that there's customers complaining of ordering online for a specific time only to walk in and have to wait another ridiculous 20 minutes AND fries that had just been put in the fryer. Never in my entire life have I experienced something like this/person. Top it off with the worst ever pizzas we've had. Needs looking into, staff are suppose to make you want to go back but after this no way in hell would I want to. There will be a million others that will happily take her job. Horrible!!!

Quality of Pizza
We paid $29.00 for 3 Pizzas on special .We paid extra $6.00 for( chicken) the $24.00 deal .
What we got was disgusting . There was not enough chicken or other ingredients on the pizzas. The pizza size was not looking right . The taste and the appearance of the pizza has just put us off .
We will never buy again from PIZZA HUT - MANUKAU.
We are really disgusted with the quality of the pizza .

I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut in Palmerston North, NZ. They were delivered with no problem but nothing annoys me more when the pizzas are only covered with the topping half way down the pizza. Damned annoying really...

Waiting time
Phone order 2 pizza and 2 chocolate mousse. Calll the store 6.45pm and person answer the phone told me I can pick up the order with in 15 min so when to store around 7.10 and paid. My pizza was waiting on the cabinet for around 20 min and all other staff doing other work. I got my order at 7.30pm and pizzas was cold.

no bbq base..on recipt as proof
me and my partner made an order online for two pizzas.one was Hawaiian with apricot swirl .. which when i went to get the order did not have enough and the ham and cheese which only our son eats with BBQ base which had bugger all on it..
couple of nights before that i had ordered a pizza under my partners name which was Hawaiian asked for apricot swirl. my partner went to get the order brought it home and it had no swirl on it..

Wrong sauce on pizza and made to wait instore
Sauce on my pizza was burning hot, if i wanted hot n spicey pizza i would have ordered it! I ordered a buffalo chicken deluxe pizza with a few other things online it didnt STATE in pizza write up that it is HOT nor is it categorised under hot and spicey
Also partner went to pick up our order and was made to wait because the staff member confused another customer with the same name order as ours for 10mins the punk! Our order was sitting in the warmer!
When i rung up to complain and ask for another pizza to be made without the spice he wouldnt do anything because its my fault i ordered it!!! Again if i wanted HOT N SPICEY i would have ordered it! This went on for 9mins 51sec of wasted time n enegry talking to a brick wall duty manager

ordered 3 pizzas and large fries.waited for our order young man goes to deleiver pizza meantine I thougt order taking awhile see pizza s out of oven then young man comes back in cuts packs them then puts in warm oven then goes put on fries we waited 25 minituesfrom time we payed .I complained they did nothing I was totally piss of at the serice they gave,i c why u can c the mouse trap on the ground if that's what sort of service they give wasn't even bust 3 customers.my phone no is 0274443178 only contact time is 12 till 12.30 or after 5.

Got my order wrong
Tonight I ordered 3 pizzas online with delivery 1 beef and onion with BBQ swirl 1 beef and onion changed sauce to apricot swirl and 1 classic cheese with mayo it gets delivered all is good until I open the boxes to see my 2x beef and onion pizzas had the correct sauces on it but no topping what so ever, so I call Henderson pizza hut ASAP and speak to the assistant manager I could barely understand a word she muttered but she could clearly understand me she reckoned, I told her my order was messed up and explained to her that I received x2 pizzas with the correct sauce I had asked for but there was no topping on it i even suggested that it could of been a online technical difficulty but she got loud and defensive like I mucked my own order up I read out to her what order I placed and she blatantly told me I got what I ordered which I said I wanted 2 beef n onion but change the sauce she said I ordered 2 beef and onion without topping and just the sauce, I said how the F#%k do you order a beef and onion without topping like what the F#%k i might as well just had asked for bread with sauce so I'm debating back and forth with her for awhile trying to get my order across I ask to speak to her manager or someone with clear english she tells me to come in and speak to her at the Henderson branch to figure out what happened to my order and how apparently I messed it up!! at this point Im like hell no I got delivery for a reason its late wet and cold out I'm not going any where, so I asked for her name cause I wanna no who im speaking too she wouldn't give me her name for a whole 5 minutes talking to her which I felt was unprofessional I kept asking until she gave me her name which was kimmy cause I wanted to go speak to the manager tomorrow morning and tell him about what has occurred etc she was so rude and not help full at all I also told her I couldn't really understand her speech as her English was very poor which made her really defensive I don't understand how she can be in a high position 2nd in charge with no people skills or clear communication ethic, well after going back and forth on the phone to her she ends up offering my money back a refund or more (pizza which I wouldn't of got tonight) but would of got tomorrow instead tho and then tells me if I want my money go and see her before the store closes ( its nearly 11pm) I'm like sorry lady I've got kids asleep who went hungry because they didn't want to eat bread and sauce that use delivered to me and use called it beef and onion without those accentual ingredients so I'm off down there tomorrow hoping my refunds still waiting for me here's hoping .

misleading conduct
This will be the second time things have gone wrong with PH. The fist time is that the Pizzas did not arrive and after struggling with the possibility of being let down again we thought we would PH again as it could have been a on e off incident. The second experience started with our ordering on-line. After the time had lapsed we rang and asked about the order to which the person that answered the phone asked the Manager to which we overheard the person say "tell them its on its way". When I went back to my laptop a message was on screen had appeared saying that the order did not go through for some technical issues had prevented the order being processed and the payment would be refunded.
The concern is that a Manager deliberately made a statement that was knowingly false. We would have waited all evening for a pizza that was not ordered and staff that did not reflect any care or concern for its customers.

My daughter ordered four pizzas on line for me to pick up on the way to a friends house. Got to Pizza Hut lynfield. Waited a few minutes for the pizzas. Paid $15 though oh my daughter must of ordered 3 only $5 pizzas. Anyway order was ready and it was 4 pizzas. Thought oh well in a hurry shop was busy their mistake i will just go with that. (it was Saturday night at 6pm probably their busiest time ) Anyway dropped my daughter off at her friends and was driving back. got a call on my mobile "you must come in a rude voice you have not paid for your pizzas!!) so i was heading back that way anyway so went back in Manager !! comes to the counter i have to show her my transaction on my phone for internet payment oh only $15!! "no no you must pay us the other $5"No sorry we have made a mistake apologies you had to come "customer services, customer is always right attitude was totally not there.
So i said "ok fine maybe you would like to let me of the $5 as you have made me come back in here accused me of not paying at all!!an now asking me for another $5. I did not care about the $5 it was the principal of the situation. i have worked in customer services for a very long time and this should never happen.

Staff get order wrong
I ring Pizza Hut New Brighton and ordered the $29 delivery order. I ordered two meat lovers with BBQ swirl on both pizzas and a garlic bread and sprite. They turned up with two meat lovers Pizza with BBQ swirl on one and a garlic bread not wrapped properly and large fries.When I said something they said fries sound the same as fries.So I had to wait an other hour for my drink.
