Really, who the heck waits more than 30 minutes for a pizza delivery without calling to find out what's going on?

I ordered pizza at 1 pm gauss when it received it? At 4:54 pm it was freezing cold. I called the manager and informed the manager in response I got was “did you get it? I am glad you got it” told him It is cold and too late to get it” and in response from the manager he told me I am already been charged and he can’t give me a credit I have to re order. Lucky I used my American Express. what a bad service and bad manager. I will never order anything form Pizza Hut and advise any one to do so especially from them one in West Covina California branch store #024920.

why, in that 3 hrs 54 mins, did you not call and ask where it was or cancel before that?
