Mistreatment

I am in serious need of some kind of contact information to get ahold of a type of head quarters or corporate but have yet to find a number or way! IT'S FRUSTRATING.

Here's my story:

I started working at the local (one and only), Pizza hut here in town a little over 2 months ago and I'm already having serious problems. So to begin with, I was hired spot on. The first few weeks were great. I got along with everyone. Of course there's always going to be people who don't like you from the start and that happened to me, but instead of them turning around and end up liking me, they gave all decided to gang up on me and bully me, single me out, cut my hours, send me home early, or in one case where I was aloud to cover a shift for another employee on my day off and one of the shift managers who doesn't like me FOR NO REASON (I actually got along with her just fine and we were friends until something happened and all of a sudden she started sending me hone early even though people were schedule off before me), told the manager who granted me access to cover this shift "WHY don't you just tell her not to come in because I don't want to work with her". Well after the shift manager who told me I could work this apparent shift had left, the shift manager who didn't like me ended up doing just that and called me to tell me (a hour and a half before me shift started) that they were slow and that I didn't need to come in when in all reality she "didn't want to work with me".

I've had several experiences that have built up over time. I've even had other employees come up yo me and say that they see I'm being singled out and harassed, belittled, and bullied for no reason because they have never see any reason for these people to treat me like this or anyone else. This doesn't just happen to me but it happens to most all employees other than the ones who are favorites.

One evening I had just gotten back from my first delivery. Another coworker (who doesn't like me but has never spoken to me before this) came up to me and got into my face to where I literally felt her spit being flung onto my forehead and pointed her finger at me and said "You and all delivery drivers are required to answer the phone, so just know I talked to the manager and you won't be getting away with not answering the phones tonight". She caught me off guard because I had never spoken to her once before and she came after me out of no where and I explained to her that I hadn't learned to answer the phones yet. She proceeded to say "You pick up the phone, take the order, hang up". Anyone can answer a phone but nobody took the time to train me on where all the items where or what they were! So I trained myself. After this happened I contacted the main manager who was off duty. She completely ignored me but the next day we got the schedule for that week I noticed my hours had been cut in half. So I once again contacted the manager with no response to asking why my hours had been cut. I mean I went from 28 to 13 hrs a week after one night. I should have kept my mouth shut but I thought if problems accused then you are welcome to talk to the manager but I had made a huge mistake. The next day I had to corner the main manager in person to get a response out of her. Her response was "Well how many managers don't like you". At this point I was still knew and didn't have any problems with any managers (YET). She didn't listen to my explanation not did she even care about asking me what had happened with the other coworker and I. She didn't punish her, she punished me for trying to fix a problem.

Another incident occurred when a customer didn't pay for their meal and I was blamed and harassed for "taking the money and if I didn't get the money to pay them back that night that they would report me to the cops for it being stolen". I gave them all my money that I ended up having to bring MY GRANDMA in to the restaurant to pay the rest of what was owed. My grandma politely asked the shift manager (who doesn't like me) to step aside somewhere so we could talk about the situation because she couldn't hear very well. The shift manager completely ignored my grandmother and looked at me and asked me "So do you have the money". My grandmother repeated herself and the shift manager ignored her once again and asked me if I had the rest of the money which I replied and said yes. The shift manager would not let my grandmother pay the debt with a debit card so we had to leave and come back with cash, once I got back I was required to sign a write up form even though my grandma paid the debt of $34 dollars. After this happened I was belittled for having my grandmother pay my debt and made fun of. The shift manager told every other employee she worked with that night. This manager is the same manager that told me not to come to work and sent me home early and still does.

Now because these shift manager are not fond of me, which I have asked them all to give me a reason why they treat me the way they do but I don't ever get a legitimate response because there isn't on, my hours are cut, I''m sent home early, every day I go to work I am picked on and singled out. Another instance occurred where I use to cover everyone's shift because I wanted extra hours. Everyone came to me when they needed a favor. All managers approved but now I am not aloud to work when the main manager is off duty and because of this I CANNOT cover anyone shift or switch shifts because these people don't like me. This is not fair to me and I signed up for a job, not to be babysat. We are all adults and this is affecting my work environment, emotions, my finacial stability all because someone doesn't like me. I am being discriminated against for no reason.

I've had other instant where I've been cursed out by the shift manager and I'm constantly yelled at by the main manager because I'm asking what needs to be done around the store. Whatever I do is wrong. People are constantly spreading rumors and tearing me down. Other coworkers see what's going on and will stand up for me. The main manager refuses to help me fix any problems because she doesn't like me anymore as well. I have coworkers that I've worked with the same amount of time as I have with this managers and they know I've done nothing wrong and I'm being treated unequally. I have text messages, witnesses and coworkers who have there own stories the managers have told them about me that are meant to hurt me.

The main manager complains about all the hours she has to work and treats the coworkers like slaves. She is constantly on her phone and doing everything last minute and because of that she yells at us employees because we're bother her and asking her what needs to be done because she hasn't made any dough list or prep lists. She doesn't make the schedule until monday night and texts us employees at 11:30 asking if we can work at 10am the next morning or sometimes she doesn't even warn us if we work the next morning and disciplined us for her mistakes. We are miserable in her presences. The shift manager don't do there jobs and has the employees do there jobs for them while they smoke weed outside the front of the store whike nobody is inside the store to answer phone calls if needed (I've been in this situation and was the only one inside the store not smoking weed, closing the back rooms, while placing delivery orders). This Pizza hut needs to have someone of higher ranks to come down and interview the interactions and employees to see how corrupted this place is. We have several employees being mistreated and we need a whole new management system except I will vouch for one amazing shift manager who takes her job seriously. Not only can we employees agree on this but so can the customers as well. Employees nor customer come first at this local restaurant.

I have plenty more incidents that have occurred that are even worse than these examples above but would like to discuss those privately with someone who can actually help me and who cares. I tried to get along and go with the process the main manager had in mind but each and everyday I am being criticized just for being me. I want it to stop for not just me but the other employees as well who don't feel like they can speak up or have a voice of there own. We need help.

Pizza Hut: Discrimanation, favortism and blatent disregard for the rules displayed my General Manager Becca Jung at Pizza Hut

I am an employee of Pizza Hut in Kodak, TN. I have been singled out and discriminated against by my current GM who also disregards rules policies and procedures of Pizza Hut.
I used to work 30 hours a week. Then when she was hired in she cut my hours to 12 a week and had her girlfriend there which is the daughter of another employee that works there. She had her working my hours. I repeatedly have asked her professionally to please get my hours back to normal. She knows im a single dad, i dont cohabitate so my bills are all in my lap only. Yet she still ignored my requests.
Ive watched our store go through many ups and downs and by far this is the worse ive ever seen it. These are a few normal daily activities our managers dont do.
1. Noone knows how to make a schedule.
2. The store is gross, the weekly closing manager never mops and the store is always trashed to the point when i clean it after we close on fridays it takes almost 2 hours to scrub all the grease left on stuff. Sweep the dead bugs up. Get old food thats been under the cut table for who knows how long. Scrub the floors with a mop for 45 minutes because it hasnt been mopped correctly all week. Change out fryer, which is rarely ever done.
3. Always out of food and supplies.
4. There was a bloody tampon that sat in our bathroom womens desposable can for days.
5. They take tender status and dispatch status away from employees that have been there over a year and give it to new hires then wander why the drawer is always short.
6. Managers leave buckets full of dirty mop water laying around for days with the mop still in it ruining the mophead, then get upset with us because we mopped with it or couldnt mop because the smell was to putrid.
7. New hires are not trained by managers, they expect employees making $7.25 an hr to train them.
8. Managers blatently stealing from customers and employees. Changeing orders to carry out for delivery so the drivers can break corporate policy and take 3 instead of 2 deliveries. The customer is still paying for the delivery fee but it really all just goes to the driver. All that to keep delivery time down so the GM gets her monthly bonus.
10. In winter months when we have horrible weather they expect the drivers to make deliveries on snowy and icey roads.
11. They take dispatch status away from the drivers, not all drivers just a few. Then the manager bags and tags the delivery sending the driver out the door while the whole order isnt even in the bag. Then expect you to take it back to fix there fuck up for free. If it happened once who cares but it happens all the time. Watching that stores revenue and customers drop like flys has been very sad.
I informed my DM of all these issues and the next day i was suspened. The list goes on for days.
Does anyone have any advice besides be glad im not there anymore.
