I've ordered my pizza at 11.35am CS (Ms. Timoli) told that the delivery will take about 20 mins from Jalan Imbi Outlet. At 12.30 I'm calling in again to check on my order but CS told me that they will get someone from Imbi Outlet to call me back on the delivery status. 3rd time calling in and one of the CS told me that my food has been ready at 12.15pm and STILL NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY. The 4th and 5th time I'm calling in the same excuses was given to me and that really make me pissed off! Waited for another 10 mins and calling in for the last time and they said they will escalate the case to the higher mgmt and I'M CLEARLY TOLD THEM WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANY SINGLE CENTS FOR MY FOOD!

My food arrived at 1.10pm and I asked the delivery man for the Imbi Outlet Manager's number 01114970056 (MOHD IKMAL IRWAN), spoke to him about the complaint I've made and CLEARLY INFORM HIM AGAIN THAT I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANY SINGLE CENT FOR MY FOOD!. He's being so rude, not even explained or apologized to me for the lateness and some more I don't received any COMPLEMENTARY or what ever from PIZZA HUT for this ### service!

I feel so disappointed with PIZZA HUT MALAYSIA DELIVERY SERVICE and I really hope that the higher mgmt will take it seriously and please do what necessary!!
