It is quite shameful to highlight the service rendered, by such renown fast food store in a popular shopping centre.
My family and I was happily walking into your shop this evening; (my son was eager to have pizza for dinner). It was between 7 and 7.30pm. We could easily find a nice and cozy place to dine.
However, dissappointment drew in when I was snob by a 'rude' manageress, who walked passed our table. She refused to take our meal order and gave me a very unfriendly look, instead. Please enlighten me if PIZZA HUT managers are trained to behave like this during business hours? Then, she was casually walking to the cashier counter (right beside, where we were seated), and then, she continued her 'cat walking' at the dinning hall. God knows what she was doing at that point of time!
The other staffs were on their job, serving the dinners.
My family and I waited impatiently, for someone to take our orders, but we were just angrily looking at the menus. And please note that WE were given only ONE booklet for 4 people to share!!!
Upon such treatment we had had , we left the shop, furiously sad and felt very unwelcomed. Please justify, the business logics, herein. I would surely make known of this incident with my contacts, and business network around with regards to my encounter with such personnel who holds a senior position in your outlet. For your info. she wears a greyish blouse with buttons and a pair of black pants.
