Hello .Yesterday I and my wife was planning for dinner and decided to go for the pizza hut . We went to Pizza Hut near Perling 2,Johor Bahru. We have been seated and after 15 only the server comes and takes order with us . After 10 minutes drinks and soup was served . And then we waited till 40 minutes for our pizza to be arrived our table. After 40 minutes we been served pizza but unexpectedly it was a wrong pizza from what we ordered . On the spot i called the manager on duty . And the server bring the pizza hut away . But after that the pizza not arrived . Then i ask the server to put the pizza in box to take away. Before pay i met the Manager of the branch. I ask about the reason for the delay and the Manager Straightly blamed the staff who takes the order . I think that was not a good reason for the lateness . The scenario in the pizza hut on that day also was a pleasant evening with less customers . I still play for my bills and at the moment i asked the name of the manager but the cashier dont know the manager's name . She said the manager is a sarawakian and she never met him before . She also don't know the area manager name . No greetings,no thank you and No Customer Service At all !!!! We pay for our food also for the service taxes . We customers looks like a Stupid to them ? Hope this incident wont be repeated again . In future i need a pleasant customer service in the branch . Im really dissappointed with the attitude and the service of the branch.
