I visited pizzahut sec7 in groups. The food come a little slow but it can be considered. I do not want to make a complain but just want to ask about the scratch card. When I made a payment, I was not given a scratch card and after I asked then the cashier (Faridatul name at counter) gave me a card. After my husband asked again, she calls a young lady ( I dont think she a manager because the grooming is just like the cashier). The girl is professional and friendly (i just hear cashier call her name Ain). She explained that we will get 6 scratch cards with amounts RM237.50 in a single resit. And she also make a little joke and fun by allowing us to select the card ourself and together wish me luck. When I saw the cashier she was showing bad reaction and never say sorry. I am very disappointed and hope she can study to become friendly to customers. And hope the cashier will give the correct information and great customer with smile like miss Ain do. I also don't no about scratch card and hope you can explain me about the detail scratch card. And I will know who wrong in this case..
