For more than a year I'm waiting for PIZZA HUT to refund back my money. The money has been deducted from the account but the order is not placed and they said our system is currently a problem. Okay, I understand that sometimes the online systems will have problems.
But to date, I didn't receive and call or email regarding the refund. I call the customer service they told me" We will try to sort it out asap". How long the pizza hut company takes time to refund.

Pengalaman buruk di Pizzahut Aeon permas jaya. Time customer nak oder untuk take away , pekerja duduk berbual kat belakang . Memang kena customer yang cari pekerja dulu untuk oder makanan ke mcm mana ??? Tolong ubah personaliti pekerja . Time kerja buat kerja . Time tak de kerja , tak pe lah duduk melepak .

Just to highlight the delivery service.

I place my order via call at 12.50pm and customer service staff inform will takes 10-15 mins. After waited for 45 mins and i call again to check the status and being told that delivery has been arranged at 1.10pm.

My kids are making noice and finally the pizza arrive at 1.50pm; one hour after order and without providing late delivery voucher. The pizza with a little bit warm only.

Please take note of the service of delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

An incident just happening. i was so disappointed and really angry with bad customer service while im also from retail line which is had to face customer. with rude language and took so long to place the order. they are laughing and shouting to each other seems night market. sunway mentari pizza hut are baddest ever pizza hut store i ever go. please management take care of your bad staff.
