On 24 Aug 2016, my family, friend and I was scheduled to fly to Bangkok on FD312 at 10.40am. Our booking number was CB8WFI. The flight was delayed by an hour and was reschedule to fly off at 11.40am. However, instead of flying off at 11.40am, it flew off at 12.40pm. It was 2 hours delayed and it caused us to miss another flight in Bangkok that was scheduled to fly at 2.15pm (Bangkok time). The missed flight in Bangkok have been reimbursed.

Please, next time informed us earlier about the flight delay as it has caused us a lot of inconveniences. Instead of a pleasant and short journey, it had become a very long and tired journey, especially when there are elderly involved.

However, despite all those inconveniences, the ground staff in KLIA2, Ms Airine Anthony and Nancy Junil together with the DMK staffs who met us when the plane landed were helpful and pleasant. They had tried their best, it is just that the flight was delayed more hours than had plan instead of 1 hour it had become 2 hours.
