I had an account on pof.com and it has been deleted for no reason and without any explanation. When I created a new account a few minutes later I stopped being able to send or receive any messages. I did not realize it got disabled or quarantined until I attempted to contact my friend and he said he did not get my message. After that I created a new profile and after receiving about 20 messages within 15 minutes everything stopped again. Again I am unable to send or receive messages. I sent numerous emails to pof supprot asking for the reason it happens and help since at first I assumed the issue could be related to my computer settings but even through my phone I was unable to send or receive messages. Apparently pof responses only to upgraded users and totally ignores free users. I have never posted any fake pictures, never wrote anything inappropriate on my profile or replied to inappropriate messages. I feel very upset especially because I do not understand what could be wrong and unable to get an answer for weeks. My pictures are real and decent too. Yes I am very good looking but since when good looking people are not allowed to use online dating websites? Please help me to figure out what could be the issue here.

Please help to resolve this issue. I feel like I am being discriminated for no reason.
