I have lost a lot of mails and package as below:

1. Incoming overseas parcel ( non registered) from The Netherlands in year 2014.

2. Incoming overseas mail from The Netherlands in year 2014.

3. Incoming overseas mail from Germany in year 2014/2015.

4. Incoming overseas mail from Indonesia in year 2015 Mar/Apr.

5. Incoming overseas mail from Hong Kong in year 2015 Apr/May.

I have all the email conversation and pictures on hand from my overseas friends to proof they send out the mail and parcel with sufficient postage. And ridiculous are, all the letters I mail out safe reaching to them but I receive nothing!!!

Pos Malaysia PIC, I had lodge complaint to you by email not long ago and your side simply reply me if non registered, cannot track and trace since normal incoming mails are non registered. So what if they all paid sufficient postage but missing in action through your sorting section? Very obvious that the above letters are all gone missing through pos Malaysia!!!

I will bring up to media attention regarding this matter, and should you reply me why all my overseas mails gone missing? So coincidence?
