On 09/22/2012 you said I joined your club and you removed $99.46 dollars from my bank account.Wich inturn overdrew my bank account.And that cost me a $35.00 late fee.I have a copy of the check wich has no signature on it , in small print it says no signature required , You have no right to remove money from my account. I would like to no how filling out a credit card application gives you the right to sign create a check using my imformation , Isint that counterfiting a federal document . I would like all my money , plus overiges returned to my bank account.

TOOK MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT CAUSING OVERDRAFT WITHOUT PERMISSION

This company needs to stop taking people's money when they do not even order anything. I need my money back and fast.

Was charged a membership fee of 99.49 which I did not even apply for, and then when I went to website to get cancellation form for a refund the site says there is not record of my order. I will get my money back one way or another.
