I recently visited the PNC on 60th Lisbon, I been a customer with PNC for about 10 years. On this day I overheard one of the employees talking so rudely and disrespectful to another employee. I finally seen the rude employee's name tag and her name was Jhonisha. She never spoke to me as I was standing right by her window. She looked at me and rolled her eyes, and continued to speak rude about the other employee to another young lady sitting up front. I was just taken away at the lack of customer service this young lady had. It really makes the company look bad, let alone she slammed her office door with a lobby full of other customers.
After seeing this type of unprofessional behavior, it makes me want to end all relationships with PNC. This young lady should not be a face for the company. I'am sorry you have her.
