Good afternoon,

This afternoon I tried to transfer money from my Bank of America card to my PNC checking account.

I used the drive through like I’ve been doing since I opened my checking account a few months ago.

The manager, Richard, said he wanted me to come into the bank because it takes too long and is “encouraging people to come in.” I said I would not buy would circle around.

The line was long and not moving.

I ended up getting out of the car, and when I walked up to the door, it was locked. Some girl had to open the door and it was only 4:50pm (the bank closes at 6).

My point is that never has a bank teller with PNC ever encouraged me to come in. What’s more they have expeditiously taken care of me in the drive through. Always...

Quite honestly, I feel like they just didn’t care.
