poor customer service

I tried multiple ways to contact PNC bank. Each way was blocked. By phone, I waited an hour on hold and gave up. I went to their website and looked for an email. There was none. This is the most piss poor service I have ever seen. I finally just wrote them a certified letter and told them to close my account.
