PNC Bank posted unauthorized duplicate payments to my PNC business Visa account from my PNC business checking account in addition to authorized payments from my external personal checking account. In addition, PNC did not follow at first its own rules requiring submission of a signed form authorizing payments from an external account. When I spoke with a business customer service representative about these issues, I was promised that everything would be corrected. Instead, transactions were posted resulting in unnecessary interest charges posted to the Visa account.
I then wrote a letter to the President and CEO of PNC in Pittsburgh, including all documentation from the accounts in question. In additional I sent a copy of this letter along with all the documentation to the local branch manager. So I have received no reply of any kind from anyone at PNC Bank.

ST with Brian he had no clue what was going on with my account T all said that I owe a collection agency &1,780.00 not . Never ever had that much money in my account ever . Nothing to show . Checks were from Regions Bank . 1 money order. Need it open again ! Paid my price long enough . 3 or 4 year's ago !!!!
