PNC changed the loan amount of my second trust deed connected to my house but charged me for closing cost s on the larger amount. They also have after repeated request for a monthly statements and their promises to send them so that i could look at them in order to pay my monthly bill, I have never received a single one. the only way they will agree to send it is by snail mail. However that statement never arrives. i believe they are doing this to mock me.
