Hello,

I can prove that PNC Financial group violated :
1-FAIR LENDING
2-FDCPA
3-UDAAP

I have documentation showing them:
Cancelling debt then trying to sell it and collect it
Violating Fair lending in loss mitigation
Falsifying tax and regulatory information
Committed Fraud with Title Insurance Companies and
Federal Housing agencies.

I worked for PNCs predecessor for 14 years and can (in addition to myself) identify the 5400+(estimated) clients impacted by this.

I Give UP!!! Take The House If PNC Wants it That Bad

My parents home was financed by PNC Mtg. prior to their death. After my parents died the Executor of the estate mishandled and wasted the estate, which lead to the family home going into foreclosure. None of the heirs knew of this until pressing the Executor on the status of the home and estate. We took action immediately and removed the Executor and appointed another. We contacted PNC and they advised us to apply for a modification if we wanted to keep the home. We sent the necessary legal documents showing the new Executrix' information, and gave all new contact information for their records.

PNC stated the Executrix would have to personally apply for the modification and send all personal financial information to qualify. She (Executrix) immediately sent all financial and other information requested to PNC. They originally told us all heirs would have to deed over all interest in the property to the Executor for them to modify, so we were scrambling to do this. The next person told us we did not have to do this, which we found out later was true. We were constantly asked for the same documents every time we spoke with a representative of PNC, and they were constantly losing information every time we spoke with them, which was just about every day over a period of 8 months. Every representative had a different story and would ask for documents they already had over and over again.

We were told numerous times that we had one person that handled our account, but I told them numerous times this person had never contacted us nor had she EVER answered her phone when we tried to call her over 49 times. We were always transferred to any rep. who answered the phone.

We asked repeatedly for an amount in writing showing what we would have to pay to catch up on the mortgage, but never received any documentation, after we were told repeatedly they were mailing it out. Some times they would actually tell us it had been sent. When asked for the address and time it was sent, they would actually give us a date, but none had ever been sent.
We were repeatedly lied to, asked for information every phone call they had been sent. They could never keep up with who the Executrix was and still is, and could never update their records from one day, one month, etc. to date.

To make a VERY LONG and FRUSTRATING STORY short, after many, many, months of dealing with inept poor service people, PNC said we were declined for a modification, because the Executrix did not occupy the property, and they were going to sell the home at auction.

There has been so much confusion and frustration dealing with this company, when we only wanted to make payments on the property and keep it in the family to only lose it to auction. My parents would be mortified!

Oh, and they have called recently and left messages for the PREVIOUS Executor. The caller could barely speak English, and obviously new nothing about the account, and still had not updated the account nor knew of the replaced Executor over 9 months ago. I give up!!
