My POF claims that my account was deleted due to suspicious activity. They should have contacted me and given me the option to change my password instead they said they were refunding my money but there is no refund on my credit card. They want me to open a new account and make another payment are you kidding me. I know they disabled my account and should be able to reactivate it. I am not making another payment to them before I see the refund I am now going to make a complaint to the SEC and the FBI.
