When they offer bonus tokens they don't always give them to you. Two Thursdays ago I played the Thursday bonus games and didn't get my 3000 tokens on any of the bonus games. The bonus on Sunday you are supposed to get 5000 tokens and I only received 3510. This company is ripping us off. We pay each year to play and they keep taking our money and don't improve their gaming service. You have no easy way of reaching them. This evening I was playing and it froze up on me and said the circuit was busy, try again later. Unlike most, I keep track of the tokens awarded.
