Cheating and rudeness is rampant on pogo scrabble. I actually took notes this morning. 7 out of 8 players were either rude, i.e: I gave them extended time and then they didn't return the courtesy and opponent was losing until they got a bingo for the word "rhodora"! Is that even a word??? What a joke. Get a life, people! It's a game, lmao!!!

I recently signed up to your Pogo games, I enjoy playing your multiplayer board game Risk and the occasional game of chess. I was considering becoming a club Pogo member until my experience while playing is not as enjoyable as it was originally. The cheating while playing Risk has become rampant, so much so that it ruins ones experience. The cheating that takes place is as follows. Players will team up against one player when there is no team option. A player will kamikaze his army just to destroy your army so that his friend can win. A lot of times when a game is in progress big armies played by humans are built up next too each other the player leaves and a computer fills the seat and proceeds to attack destroying your army. A player can log in with multiple names and play more then one seat! The worst offense that indicates a serious problem with your software is controlling the win loss outcome of the dice. It seems there is a group that has formed over time that is literally taking over the room and dominating the games! So if you would address this ongoing situation in the Risk room City Slickers. I will gladly become a Club Pogo member. PS cheating definitely takes place in the chess. Most common are the use of chess engines and sometimes a player when losing can just leave the game in progress and you are given two options wait for player to return or resume. The cheat is when you resume it says you resigned. That's it my handle is BoggartsBullets I don't take disrespect from anyone and I complain when the cheating is happening. When you get laughter from players telling you that you don't know how to play as you lose 25 armies taking out a 2 or losing 32 armies taking out a 7. Their manipulating the dice.

I have been a loyal Pogo member for over 6 years. Last year when I paid for my subscription the amount I thought was taken from my account was not near the amount taken out. ALmost 30.00 more so I called my bank because I thought my account had been comprimised. They told me it was pogo and if I would like an investigation made to see why there waas soo much more taken. I said yes the next day my bank called and said the extra money was from the differnce in our currency from US to Canadian .That was fine when that was the reason for the increase. When I went to use my gems There was a restriction saying I couldnt. SO now when I went to renew pogo Of coures my account has been frozen No LONGER EXISITS ! Are you kidding me I dont want to think POGO is corrupt but with absolutly no reason to be shut down I know there are some errors being made.
