cannot log in under email address. Spent 3 hours chatting to useless advisors who cut me off. Gave a pass to daughter years ago and they registered the account in her name even though it is registered to my name, address and I pay the bills! they told me to log into her account to retrieve code, sure this is illegal without her permission! Now cannot play.

I have been having problems recently accessing some of the games and after reading the complaints from Pogo account holders I have decided that enough is enough, I have enjoyed pogo games for over 10 years but they do not seem interested in dealing with their customers, I have received an e-mail from them saying that my account will not be renewed at the end of the term, so fingers crossed.
