I have been a long time customer of Pointofmail.com and find that many of the emails do not get to their destinations. AND, while I'm usually notified when I've sent an email, I'm NEVER NOTIFIED WHEN THEY ARE OPENED!!! This is the biggest point of their service; to know when my emails have been opened and notify me.

I'm frustrated because they never ever respond to my requests for help. If they were just going to fix the problem, then not respond, that would be fine, but they neither fix it nor do they respond.

I am looking for a new service. The only issue I have now is how can I be sure that I have access to the years of emails within their service once I stop.

I have been a pointofmail.com customer since 2012 and have been generally satisfied. However, when something is wrong, they have very bad customer service. They don't respond to complaints and some of the issues involve them sending emails that I didn't write to people on my contact list, some of whom I do not have a working correspondence relationship with. That's been awful.

Now, all of a sudden, their emails to me have the wrong dates and times when emails were opened and read, so the service is no longer even working properly.

I have written several emails asking for help and they have not responded.

When I first became a customer, they were very responsive, but now they aren't.

I am looking for a new service and will not review.
