Sub:-Bribe complaint against crime police (Cottonpet police station)

I'm Naveen kumar V S from Bangalore.
Would like greet you a good day.
I'm writing to inform you that,
Today (07-02-2016 time 11:30 around) I went to cotton pet bazar to buy some consumables goods, in between the crowd I lose my helmet, next to the traffic signal traffic police coach my bike he takeout the bike key & he told me to park bike in front of the super teakkis theatre.
After sew minutes I paid the fain I came to take my bike, in that time hoysala police vehicle (KA02 G 779) driver Mr. XYZ ( he not where'd the name badge) directly hits to my bike, my bike was fall down.(in that case, my bike front mask got broken)
Even . . . After I asked to him "sir why what happened, what I did wrong" I said that much only,
He came beat's me in all front of public & front of my friend.
Told me to take bike & go don't look at me. . . .
This is how the respect we are getting the common man.
I have a very good respect about indian police department.
Those this kind of attitude people miss using the police power of authority & spoiling the image of Indian police department.
This is the very biggest shame in my life I'll never forget this bad Incedent till end of my Barth.

I believe you,
This will be makes lesson of this type of attitude bad (black mark) police officers.
I hope you would take charge against the Corp concerned about we are hoping to see the result.
