i don't get money from bank

The Shipment receipt has been successfully verified, but due to our recent system upgrade we are having problem transferring

RM170 from our system, the minimum amount that can be transferred to Malaysia is RM500 and the current balance in our client

account is RM200 so we implore you to top up RM300 to enable us credit RM500 to your account as soon as possible...

But why i need to transfer RM 200 to the bank...how rude is this bank system...my client do not give me permission to transfer the money to him...

i don't get money from bank
