I took my Porsche in due to an airbag recall. A week prior to taking the car to Porsche of Rockville, I stopped at a service station to have the oil checked and the serviceman, who was unfamiliar with Porches, was unsure of how to remove engine plastic trim cover sound cap to check the oil, but was able to figure it out after some trying. After return home from Porsche of Rockville I discovered that my plastic cover was missing and called the shop. They claim that they did not know anything about it and refuse to replace it.

If you ever take a vehicle to Porsche, make sure you check that all your parts are still there before driving off the lot!
