I have been with Lincare since last year it took me almost a year to get them to approve a portable oxygen machine through Medicare Medicare is paying for my portable oxygen machine they brought me out a respironics simply go it is too bulky and too heavy for me to carry I asked them to exchange it for a respironics simply go Mini they have me research him and that's what I was going to go with I've been waiting for over 3 months for them to exchange it I also had a crack in the top on my house oxygen machine I'm on oxygen all the time I asked for a new cup and it has been 3 weeks they said they mailed it out and I still haven't got yet their service is terrible they do not get back with you and if you call human resources or or the main company they say they'll take care of it and I never hear anything back
