I want the £59.85 back that was took from my account without permission. I got an email saying I would be refunded this within 10 days, 13 days went by and after numerous emails they sent another email bullshitting me that due to the backlog of refunds over the christmas period its now with the manager as urgent and should be refunded within 10 days surely thats a ### pisstake?!? For a start im not getting any refund i am just getting back my money yous ### stole from my account! I want this sorted asap but as i can see from the comments looks like a common thing thieving scamming cunts!!!
