Parcel stuck at pos laju shah alam

My parcel has been stuck at "item dispatched out" at pos laju shah alam since 7-11-19 and i am to expect that the product should arrive before 14-11-19. Please please please make sure this product is delievered to me as soon as possible cause my life is on the line. PLEASE.
