We've been punked by VIP Travel too. We've been trying to use a 7night cruise certificate and airline voucher from them for almost a year now. We paid $174 for these and have made 16 date requests, all were turned down. now when we try to get a refund of our deposit they inform me that it'll be mostly used up by their "processing fees"!
