My item suppose to dispatched out half of month ago and until now my item STILL at batu pahat and yet not even processed ! What the heck you all doing??? Call many times but trust me there's no one going to pick up forever. email to cust. Services, Complaint or whatever it is also no response or action. VERY BAD SERVICES!!! You get TONS of demands and you rich by yourself and still very very very poor services. This is the last one. I wont use your service anymore! I will reject any seller using POS LAJU lah sangat as well.a

bad service of arangement parcel...my parcel ER126685566MY destination should be parit sulong batu pahat johor.parcel had reach batu pahat since 30.01.18 then transfer to semerah..on 01.02.. Check with semerah..then they said had transfer to kluang...omg....kluang then transger again to batu pahat today 04.02.18... Follow up with batu pahat but nobody pick up phone..try to reported at parit sulong post office..they ask to make complain with hq...nobody can help or try to solve this problem.no special handling...i.m also work as shipping officer before..n negotiate for handling shipment but we are practically to help our best way to help customer...very dissapointed with the servuce either from pos laju or post office...not quality staff...you name of company POS LAJU should be change as POS LAMBAT..it more suitable...
