Item not received and poor service

I asked my friend to order a radiator motor fan from Bintulu and post the item via pos laju on 26/4/2021 to Sungai Asap. I should have received them at by monday 28/4/2021. But the Pejabat Pos Sungsi Asap is closed one weeek due to covid-19 (26/4-30/4). By right, I djould received the item on Monday since is bought in Bintulu and posted by hand via the Pos Laju Counter in Bintulu because Bintulu to my address in Sungai Asap is only a 2 hour drive by car. Why took it so long? Since Bintulu is under strict rule to enter so i use pos laju to get the item but it turned out to take more than a week (to be exact 11 days) and I havent received my item. I need it to fix my car here since i cannot go to Bintulu easily. I called the pos laju in Bintulu and they didnt answer any of my hundreds calls.
