We received a broken statue , this is not the first time ya it’s already third time , we complained to the seller many times because we thought it’s a mistake from their packaging and they able to replace to us but it’s not their mistake by the way because all of my friends who stay at other place can receive a proper goods without any any damage only us who receive parcel from pos laju bukit mertajam face this kind of problem, I will not accept the reason if you guys said that the statue can be easily broken because other can receive it safely, really so disappointed with this kind of service 😏

My parcel was sent out by seller on 4th July 2018 and reach transit office on 6th July 2018. Until today 17 July 2018, i haven't receive my parcel. Called up Bukit Mertajam branch in Bayu Mutiara and they said my parcel was sent to Perai branch as they no longer cover Bukit Mertajam Area. So they gave me this number 0194546023 which i called continuously for 1.5 hrs and it's always ENGAGED. I'm at lost end as I don't know who to contact or how to get my parcel. Hope someone can take note on POSLAJU as their service is getting worst.

I want to complain about the delivery man and poor services at Pos Laju Bukit Mertajam, I sent the parcel on 28 April 2018 ( Saturday) and I'm from Johor Bahru, Before I sent the parcel, they said working day only will be sent and normally to Penang it will takes two days to received but leave on Labour Day so maybe Wednesday or either Thursday will be receiving but today is Friday, It's almost going to be One Week ready but still they haven sent it yet... Seriously so poor service .. Next time if I want to sent anything also, I think I won't be used Poslaju to sent it, Prefer Skynet or City-Link.. Thanks
