Hantar mesej sahaja cakap barang tidak berjaya dihantar sedangkan saya berada di rumah

Saya hanya mendapat masej ini tapi posmen tiada datang rumah atau call saya untuk ambil barang di ground floor disebabkan rumah flat mempunyai kad ascess.saya membuat complaint ini disebabkan sudah berlaku dua kali.harap isu ini tidak terjadi lagi disebabkan barang saya nak di collect di pejabat pos victoria.(mengambil masa setengah jam ++).kalau di pejabat pos jelutong tidak menjadi isu kerana dekat dengan rumah.harap isu ini tidak terjadi lagi.terima kasih.
