Parcels stuck at KLIA Transit Hub

Oleh kerana dah 2 minggu brg2 x sampai2, so semalam pegi dekat Pos Laju office berdekatan untuk double check mana tau brg dh sampai kat sini ke belum. Tapi staff kat PO semak cakap brg2 masih lagi stuck kat KLIA. Saye faham mungkin x cukup kaki tangan atau pekerja musim covid nie...tapi kalau boleh buat lh kerja dgn cekap. 3 parcels dprocess pada hari yg sama tetapi yg datang 1 jer.... Mohon percepatkan pengahantaran brg2 saye sbb ade brg baby dan sila update sistem trace and tracking anda dgn lebih kerap. Sbb xgune kalau ade service tu tapi brg customer x sampai2.
