My parcel ship out from Penang (08.09.19) to Labuan till today 17.09.19 still no receive yet the parcel. I'm using Pos Laju. Consignment Note : ERA478814114MY . The online trace status show at Pos Office Labuan (11.09.19) till 17.09.19 not yet receive and no status at all. Call many times many days since 12.09.19 ~~ 087-412349 / 087-410104 / 087-415105 no answer call although same also call ~ 1300-300-300 . Go to Pos Laju Labuan , they said not yet receive the parcel still in processing but when I call to other branch to check , the parcel confirm at Pos Laju Labuan. Attached just is a part of call transaction record. Please help to settle my issue asap because I need it urgently.Thank you so much.

Call Pos Laju toll 1300 300 300 also same issue, no body answer the call, always busy from 12.09.19 till 13.09.19. Very worst service. Please help to settle my problem asap. Thank you.
