Today I received a package through Pos Laju Malaysia at about 1.55pm. The poslaju dispatcher was very rude, obnoxious and totally a jerk. I posted my complaint in the pos malaysia FB but they deleted it. Your staffs attitude is the worst!! Called the 1300 300 300 number, but put on hold for half an hour..duh!!

To cut my complaint short, this is what happened today;
This mannerless dispatcher came to my house to deliver a package and the moment I open the door, his greeting was "CEPATLAH!!"

When I told him that pls don't rang my doorbell continuously like my house on fire, he said "EH CEPATLAH, SAYA ADA BNYK BRG LAGI NAK HANTAR"
When I asked him his name, his exact words was "YOU TAK PAYAH TAU NAMA SAYA"..
When I asked him just to leave the package on the floor, he practically THROW package on the floor..

Seriously I don't know which planet he is from 😡
