I'm a regular customer of Online shopping and most of the items delivered by poslaju rawang branch with same delivery boy always, and his name is MEGAT.

The delivery boy was very rude even doesn't have sense to talk with the customers. Since nobody at home except my mother. She open the gate to collect the parcel by herself from him. and this what happen next, once my mother open gate he push the door and enter to my house without permission. we have pet (PUPPY) at home. so the puppy was so excited when saw him and went closer to him and my mother already apologize to him and the boy shouted at my mother and he use some kind of rude words to my mother. " Stupid, brainless people " is this the behavior or manner to talk with the customer. please trained them first then send them to the respective customer specially RAWANG branch Poslaju. I've complaint regarding this to RAWANG branch but still same.

We as a customer PAID for the delivery service up to our doorsteps. Please remember that.
