late, stuck and no update

why my item stuck in klia hub.. the system said already sent out from 13 oct 2020 but now 19 oct 2020 and still no update.. u r guys used my item?!.. i need it fast, i buy another iteam at the same date and i already pickup at pos laju office.. please i need it now! my tracking number is PL877035638924
