My parcel stuck at ECPC SUBANG JAYA

Why my parcel stuck and not moving forward? My parcel PL053749009106 04/11/2020 picked up , 09/11/2020 item dispatched out then until now not moving and no update any status about it. Seller asked so many times already but no one reply. Can someone solve this problem as fast as possible?
